Hour catching lessons are catered to the athlete's needs and development.  Every lesson will have a catcher specific warm-up that addresses flexibility, mobility, and skill work geared toward catchers for their skill development.  

Parents/Guardians are always welcome and encouraged to be as involved in the process as they wish.
