Bedinger's Bullpen Advanced Pitching Camp

Catch & Throw  and Bedinger's Bullpen camps provide athletes, parents, and coaches the opportunity to get the best pitching information and instruction available with experienced coaches in a small group environment The instruction at the camp will feature a pitcher specific warm up, drills to support the fundamentals of pitching and conditioning along with short lectures on pitch selection, pitcher catcher relationships, functional fitness, and nutrition for recovery.
