Catch & Throw is excited to offer individual catching lessons in the San Diego area.
Catch & Throw
staff will assess your functional strength to handle the rigors of catching along with the receiving, blocking, and throwing aspects
of the position. Individuals who receive catching lessons will also get a full complement of skill drills and strength work
to help them master the skills and movements required to catch at higher levels. Each Catcher will also receive the Catch and Throw
Guidelines for Mechanics, Health, and Performance handout that references all of the information covered in the lesson.
