Catch & Throw has the Drills to support all phases of Catching.
No Skill can be learned at full speed. All of the skills required to become a successful catcher need to be taught in stages
that will help the other skills that may become necessary during any given play. The basics of balance and posture are essential
to teaching and learning the skills. Learning the skill, the movements, and then speed to the skill helps with creating good
habits instead of bad habits. With all of that in mind, Catch and Throw has developed drills and added to classic drills to
make all the skills functional to catchers of all ages.
